Sinthia wants to escape college unscathed and move on with her plans for a perfect life, but an unlikely friendship with Collin, the resident bad-boy, makes her rethink what she wants.

I read it for the purpose of having a light read break between my paranormal readings. Something to make my brain not think too much. However, I have to say I am quite disappointed because instead of feeling light headed and somewhat entertained for a little while ... having something to smile about while staring in space ... I was left feeling ---- I've just wasted my time.

The book was very fast paced. I know, I should be glad it was, but it was so fast I haven't gotten to know the characters better. It was like I've just had a synopsis of events. I felt like a spectator watching from a bullet train window. I've seen the general view but haven't had the time to be able to scrutinize, absorb and feel the should-be spectacular plot. If it wasn't rushed and if there were more details, this book would have been riveting.

The connection between Sin and Collin was not that strong for me. So, okay, they've become friends, and Sin was not expecting more because Collin was not really her type. It was really boring in Sin's perspective. I hope the book was written in Collin's voice, maybe then, it would have been more interesting and eventful, more conflicted, more angsty, and crazier.
